These two are generally out by about 6.30 and love the freedom the quiet paths and tracks offer them.

I think it is so important to pronounce names properly and give children to confidence to dictate what they are called (shortened names). My surname was always mispronounced and I hated having to go into a new class at school. As an adult, I automatically spell my surname when on the phone etc.

You must be very proud parents of both your sons and I am sure Jeff and Elaine are over the moon.

I love this colour as well @mrallington.bsky.social . If I was creating a library would choose one of these colours. Roll on the addition of the books.

I asked my now adult son what he thought of my parenting (not being able to take/ collect from school, taking him to my school during holidays and always doing schoolwork etc). He said that it was the only life he knew and it was fine with him.

It is worth reading. It took me a while to get into it but then I found it really interesting.

The national college

Absolutely. Unless there is sufficient time to practise regularly then new learning never becomes embedded. Our current curriculum has so much content that you end up skimming through just so you can say you have covered it.

I find that this knowledge is very transient at the moment. When you review previous learning there is little depth there and surely that is what would be more appropriate.
