Trump also said that hep B is ONLY sexually transmitted and there's no need to vaccinate babies (this is NOT true: hep B can be transmitted through bodily fluids during birth, or after birth in the home or hospital or day care setting, hence why we vaccinate at birth).

He then said that vaccines should not be given together. That separate vaccines should be given for measles mumps and rubella and varicella. Never mind that ACIP just voted that the MMRV vaccine could continue to be administered.

Now he's back to Tylenol and said that Cuba doesn't have Tylenol or autism (WTF). And that people should just not take Tylenol when pregnant.

The difference is that the Amish access specialists less, so formal diagnoses are less common. They also less frequently access services that would require a formal diagnosis.

He stated that the amish don't have autism and don't vaccinate their kids and therefore vaccines cause autism (basically). Neither of these statements are true. Having worked in the Amish community, some do vaccinate their children and they ABSOLUTELY have autism and other disabilities.

Trump is rambling and stating that pregnant women shouldn't take Tylenol during pregnancy unless they "can't tough it out." WTF is he talking about? After rambling about that for a few minutes, he then digressed into talking about vaccines and this is where it gets crazy.

I am watching the Trump press conference announcing the "connection" between Tylenol and autism (for which there is no substantive evidence of connection but I digress).

This situation is EXACTLY what the #firstamendment was written for. Even if you disagree with what people are saying, recognize that if the GOVERNMENT can silence them, it can silence you too.
