Autistic parents have been overlooked in research and support. That gap can lead to isolation and a lack of understanding during some of life’s biggest moments.
This was a collaborative project, created in partnership with Dr Aimee Grant from Swansea University, Autistic UK, and the Research Wales Innovation Fund, and designed by Autistic people, for Autistic people.

Tigger has been self- diagnosed for many years, finally diagnosed just before his 60th birthday!
For almost 40 years Tigger has been working with Neurodivergent individuals.

Recruiting parents for anonymous online research!
We are inviting new parents, who have given birth in the past 12 months, to take part in an anonymous online research study exploring experiences of parenthood, specifically: thoughts that can occur during the postnatal period.
💜 Parents of children aged 18+
💙 Parents living apart from their child/ren
💜 Parents who have experienced pregnancy or child loss
💙 Autistic people trying to conceive
Your identity, your experiences, and your family all matter.
Every family is valid. Every journey is seen.
Our services recognise and support all Autistic parents, not just those who fit traditional or societal expectations.
Autistic people hold many different caring roles. This includes:

💜 Foster parents
💙 Adoptive parents
💜 Step parents
💙 Kinship carers & guardians
