That's quite vague tbh. I think they are trying to damage the housing market under Labour for political reasons.

They are buoyed up by Trump's success. I don't think it will work in the UK though.

I looked this up and found it's quite common because the meaning of the word is quite broad and refers to overcoming adversity rather than attacks per se.
