I whole heartedly agree with you.

People knowing that they are one negative happening (job loss, illness etc) away from severe hardship means the economy is bad no matter what the numbers say.

While I essentially agree, rarely has there been a concentrated effort to shift everything so radically to one side of the sociopolitical spectrum.

People even those that voted for is really do not like fast radical change.

It isn’t permanent and it may drive reactionary views in response though
