This week, a federal court stopped the government from getting private records that contained health care information and personal details of transgender students. This is another important win against efforts to intimidate and harass trans kids and their families.

The Supreme Court's ruling on Colorado's conversion therapy law is alarming, but we want to offer some clarity on what it does and doesn't mean. Conversion therapy is harmful and ineffective, and therapists who harm patients are still not free from consequences. This is a setback, not an ending.
