He huffed while rubbing his head. He was scared he might never get to go back.

“…You wouldn’t happen to have any way to get to the living world, would you?”

“Oh uh… funny story, eheh…”

He awkwardly laughed as he scratched the back of his head.

“I… got curious about what the afterlife was like, so I… might’ve performed a summoning ritual that went wrong and brought me here with no way to get back home… I-I guess it’s not that funny…”

“Heh, I sure hope so. It’s hard to find good friends down here. Heck, it’s been hard enough finding demons that haven’t tried killing me.”

“Yeah, I’m sure she’s great! If she’s anything like you, I’m excited to finally get to meet her.”

“Will do, thanks for your help Alastor!”

“Yeah, I don’t really have any plan to get back for now. But I guess the hotel won’t be so bad. Thanks Alastor.”

“Yeah, I’ve never had the chance to meet her yet. I’ve heard… uh… a-a lot of different things about her…”

He’s overheard other demons talk about her, most of them insulting and making fun of her for her plans or redemption.

He gave Lucifer a wide smile.

“T-Thanks so much! Gotta say, the hotel beats that dump I was hiding out in.”

“Well, since I’m gonna be here for the foreseeable future, I might be there for a while. I hope that’s okay…”

“Yeah, he said I needed to ask you before I can stay there.”
