The new version seems to be built solely to tell you the weather where you are at that moment. I want a home screen where I can see an overview of my saved locations (in an order of my choice), so I'll keep using the old version. And if that gets turned off I'll have to find a new weather app.

Picture shows a mud and stud smokehood exposed when the thatch was removed. It is made of timber and earth walling, but has been cut off below the ridge line. It originally served two fireplaces. The rafters and ridge-piece are much altered, but bits of the reed under-lining of the ceiling within survive

"Box, how can I make it harder for burglars to break into my house?"
"Well Nathan, it is recommended you fit security bolts to your downstairs windows."

I know!
And I want the bar staff to be paid a reasonable wage for their work, and I know they need to employ a small platoon of door staff to keep us safe on a Saturday night, but they can't be surprised that people are opting-out when it's seven quid a pint.

Having taken up a team sport in my late 40s, I was 'out out' on Saturday night in Lincoln for the first time in decades... £7.05 for a pint of Beavertown Neck Oil! When did that happen. Last time I was out, a decent pint of hand-pulled was half the price!

Trump, Vance et al need to be reminded that the only time NATO has every invoked Article 5, its collective defence mechanism, was to come to the USA's aid after 9/11. But then I think 'What's the point?!'

... Pro29v27 An unjust man is an abomination to the righteous, but one whose way is straight is an abomination to the wicked.

... Pro29v9 If a wise man has an argument with a fool, the fool only rages and laughs, and there is no quiet
v12 If a ruler listens to falsehood, all his officials will be wicked
v20 Do you see a man who is hasty in his words? There is more hope for a fool than for him

Reading Proverbs 29 today:
v1 He who is often reproved, yet stiffens his neck, will suddenly be broken beyond healing
v3 He who loves wisdom makes his father glad, but a companion of prostitutes squanders his wealth
v11 A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back

DG didn't look too ill when receiving Kyle Brandt's Angry Runs sceptre in the locker room yesterday, so I'm sure it'll pass quickly

+1 for Star Cops. IIRC it was set in 2027, so clearly deserves a reboot to push the timeline forwards.
