This article interchanges vegetarianism & veganism as if they are the same. Recently, many restaurants/pubs have dropped veggie options in favour of vegan ones. Many meat/fish eaters are less likely to eat vegan as a one off than veggie - and that is one reason for a decline in non-meat sales.
