I think it’s essential for the public to know, especially those of us who oppose ICE's violent practices. If state leadership in these cities actually had the backbone, they could instruct their officers that federal agents are not immune from accountability. 👇🏾

Could it be because state and federal laws are not enforced against white or other domestic terrorism groups and individuals as there is no standalone federal crime of "domestic terrorism". Is the United States condoning domestic terrorism especially MAGA? But MOVE was decimated.

If a federal agent violates state law, and the action falls within state jurisdiction, then state and local law enforcement are legally empowered to arrest them…. The question for me is: why aren't they?
