a friend gave me a nice weighted piano / midi controller yesterday. he plugged it in before i got there to check it out and swore he heard an actual "pop". ordered a replacement power supply from evilzon to see if the board itself took a hit or if this poor old supply took all the weight 🤞🏽

arturia pure lo-fi synth inside of ableton

this lo-fi synth from arturia is currently my favorite toy. didnt think i would like all these warbly ass sounds as much as i do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

these little en16 controllers are pretty sweet. each encoder can send midi info to separate sources depending on which way you turn them and also single and double clicks. excellent for use w ipads, but for the life of me i cannot get it to talk to my mc6-pro pedal controller 😭

initially i was just building my whole recent set on ipad w a single 16 knob controller. each encoder was assigned to multiple parameters of the effects and software synths. the encoders double as push buttons so i can also play it like a keyboard.
