Today I am making a new arrangement with the town of Carlisle. This is another measure of success of my newish business. I'm also getting an advertisement in a quarterly Commedia dell'Arte magazine approved today! These are just details, but I feel good about it.

I've got things I do each day that I haven't done in a month, and need to resume. Today will be a fractional day of putting my toes into that water to verify that I'll be comfortable diving in 'tomorrow'. This includes exercise and editing.

Today will be a whirlwind of activity. I am both looking forward to just about every aspect of today, and yet also looking forward to a day of rest on Sunday. I'll post some videos tomorrow.

Tonight! Le Stelle di Bacco will perform their brilliant new show in the local town hall. Tomorrow morning I have rehearsal for Fork and Shoe, and tomorrow night another LSdB show.

I have a 'sort of' surprise dental appt early this afternoon. I say sort of, because I did have this appt scheduled for next week, and they moved me up six days, so now it is in between Commedia show-prep and the Shakespeare group looking at that play about King Duncan's line of succession.

Today is sunny & cool. I'm going for a walk with my long-time friend Andy, somewhere in or near Stow MA. Aside from that I'm getting prepared for the big rush of Commedia dell'Arte shows that will be happening this month. After that, the performance pace slows way down.

#CdAHistory We went through an early play about courtesans and their customers, and solved some major problems about whose servant was whose, and about when it is night and dawn. It was a great session!

Listening to four songs by "Angine de Poitrine" with my grandson. I like the commedia dell'arte inspired costumes.

Easter morning is well under way, but as we don't have small children in the house, we slept in. My main objective for today, is to do some more work on an old commedia scenario.

The UK Scenario group is doing a play (Corsiniana #64) about a young woman who dresses as a man to escape marrying an old man, and un beknownst to anyone, her long lost twin brother shows up in town on that same day.

That was Wednesday, now on Thursday, more of the same. Some things have been resolved. Waiting on some things to be delivered before a few of the tasks can be completed.

Been pretty busy the last two days. Today, I am mostly piecing together ideas from the recent sessions to make old commedia scenarios work. It's going well, but it takes time.

For groups other than i Sebastiani, I have been borrowing the flats (backdrop) from i Sebastiani. This last week and this week, I am now piecing together my own set-up. Better? Worse? Don't know, but quite different. We'll see in 10 days when Le Stelle di Bacco performs "Two Faced Love".

#CdAHistory We are going through a play that is brutally vague on so many plot points it is harder than ever to put the story together. Fortunately there are three other versions of this play that are a little more detailed. Thus I have some translating to do from other collections.

Today, the weather will be very pleasant. I should plan to get out and enjoy it for a bit. The odds are good, but that means meeting deadlines in the morning so the afternoon is free.

I see headlines about 'WEIRD AL', but my brain has to sort out if the are talking about 'WEIRD AI'. - I put it all upper case so YOU can tell ell from eye.

I'm getting ready for a very busy bunch of days. Starting in a few minutes, Shakespeare, followed by scenario translation with Chiara, followed by a meeting about the first rehearsal with the Fork & Shoe team. Then tomorrow and Saturday, rehearsals, and a No Kings Rally. Sunday is LSdB.

I suspect that part of this is to raise the price of oil to help Putin and the Russian economy.

For a few months, I have suspended my once a week walk with my long term friend Andy. Today we resume. Back to the rail trails, now that the ice and snow have melted. Looking forward to it.

Saw it. I liked it a lot. It will be a long time before I'll have seen it three times.

Readjusted my schedule. In the theater now seeing the ads. I am on of five patrons so far.

Haven't seen it yet. Crazy schedule. Maybe Thursday matinee.
