Lol I had mine checked recently in part because of hair loss and it was at 19 which my doctor said was "a little low" but still in the normal range 🫠 and told me just to keep taking my iron pill. Actually I just looked and in April it was 19 but in January it was 23 so it got worse. 👍🏻
