🍽️ 🍜 Was planning Mac and cheese with roasted cauliflower yesterday and realized I didn’t have quite enough panko for topping. So I searched the freezer for sourdough bread ends and made bread crumbs. Fried them in butter and grated garlic—the best topping ever, far better than panko 😇
