When I’m on Zwift I like to get the misses to scream abuse at me to make it more realistic, smashed it tonight with “start paying road tax you cu£t” 👏👏

Perceived effort was slightly lower but nothing to rave about. I find the endorphin pros better in that sense

My issue is with crown thief’s on bikes. Nothing wrong with having a little chill before going for the crown on the segment
