Woof. Went for my first long walk in over a month. Knee still hurts a bit, but it doesn't feel as bad as it did a couple days ago after a much shorter walk. Was a great time out, though. I came believe I went hiking in a hoodie in July.

7000 less steps today, but I did the same amount of jogging. Was definitely harder, lol.

I had some eggs and chicken for breakfast, and had a small thing of peanuts in my pocket XD, Don't worry, I'm probably the last person to ever get dehydrated.

I jogged at least nine thirds of this today. I can't wait to be able to jog around it nine full times.
