Tmdb is platform that provides extensive information on movies, TV shows, and celebrities. I used tmdb api to fetch and display the data of recent movies.

I also recently found appwrite and tmdb so I used it for my project. In layman terms, appwrite is a readymade server that we can use for our app, specially if we have no to very less backend knowledge. With few lines of code we can set our DB and backend.

Built with React, Tailwind CSS, TMDB API, and Appwrite for the backend, this app lets you search movies, view details, and check out trending films based on popular searches.
