I absolutely agree..she shouldn't have been drinking at all. She lives in Portugal and said they have relaxed rules about it. I beg to differ on that subject.
I did give her a flea in her ear when we got back to hotel, as it could've ended very badly..

Outside diners witnessed it & staff were going to call police & ambulance. She'd been drinking a little wine with dinner, that & being deep in conversation distracted her from checking everyone was in the car & doors shut. I told them not to ring police etc. She was distraught. She owes me a tooth 😁

Dining out on holiday, driver thought everyone was in her Jeep, I was half way in when she took off like speedy gonzalez. Open door hit the car in front, which then hit me, I did a pirouette, landing in the road face down. Badly bruised, arms & legs cut. Luckily, impact split my tooth, not my head 🥴
