I swear, Eldrad does have actual clarvoyant powers at time. He's got an almost magical ability to tell when I'm about to do something that requires an unimpeded lap (knitting, drawing, reading a coffee table book) and will come racing into the room for some very aggressive cuddles

rest in peace, Ian. Good, bad, or otherwise, your mark on Warhammer is definitely there. I will definitely be buying a book in your honor this week

I'm playing Mass Effect for the first time and generally enjoying it, but I do find it a bit grating to have everyone I meet constantly talking up how awesome and special and unique and cool humans are.

I'm already predisposed to like them (being one myself), you don't have to hard-sell me on it

downtrodden young Konrad is forced to flee his village after it is attacked by Beastmen and becomes a mercenary. Feels kinda like reading the backstory for a WHFRP character and the pacing is atrocious, but some of the setpieces are good.
