I'm endlessly bugged that the version I uploaded didn't have the corners of the attached image smoothed off. They were supposed to be smooth. They're not smooth. Sharp. Not smooth 😭

I sorta kinda in-a-way already did for a private comm a while ago. Be neat to revisit sometime if I could make something more interesting out of it... maybe I ought to get back into painting 😩

I get what you mean. Illustrations, prose and the like can be more consistently full of atmosphere and character and have appealing styles

Meanwhile, finding matching photos by good photographers that make for an interesting composition together takes a long, long time...

Agree it ain't the focal point, but it does look a little goofy. I see what's wrong, I even had a grid set up to follow (then promptly didn't). I just couldn't be asked to go back by then, having merged all the layers and painted on top😅

It's nice that when I mess up the perspective here - parts of the city are very funky -- it's looks charming rather than outright bad 😅

Photoshop with custom brushes and smudge presets. There are surely better choices... but it's what I'm used to. The compositing experience helps, perspective and rendering transfer over pretty well.

I *do* have a studio where I develop the film photos I capture in the Big Lady dimension, actually
