Her belly is bisected by her tight vertical belt and her arm fat droops very far down. Her legs are lard swaddled and probably rubbing against each other at all times.
She might need your help standing up after making this pose.
Lusamine sprite from the showdown sprite archive next to a fattened version of the same sprite, posed differently due to her increased girth and her hair is draping over her back and doesnt form as much of a cavity. Her legs in the fat image are gigantic and her belly is still very large and soft.
She sure is a beast of a mother (at least in terms of size)
