When my kids were very small, total strangers would try to intervene if they saw my son playing with something pink or picking up a doll. There's a reason why children tend to play certain ways and that reason is adults are obsessed with policing gender in completely unnatural ways.
Nuu’rei (my friend’s OC - kyubi with three tails and long red hair) gently touches the blue bird feather in front of him. The background is divided into dark and light halves, featuring dark and light ginkgo leaves that symbolize his dark and painful past, as well as his hope for a brighter future. The bird feather is a reference to his beloved, who fills Nuu’rei’s future with light.
