No one works at HMRC, and the ones that do quickly leave to go else where as it’s just an uphill battle constantly. I once had to fax someone most of a document on why they needed to actually do their job so I could do mine. Took them far longer arguing with me than the task would have taken

Lessons learned from cat shelter from pallet wood.
- I cannot cut straight with a jigsaw.
- Make sure you have the fixings and design before doing the cutting
- Pallet wood is never straight, even if the square says it is!
