Ya my dad went to college in the 80s 💀 like he could work all summer on local farms and be able to afford his tuition, rent, books, and other living expenses for the year.

I literally had to have this conversation with my dad earlier abt vet school bc I can't even afford to attend classes and work. The first two years is literally 9-5 m-f classes. Like when am I gonna work 😭
