They were created with a resin printer. The skeleton then gets carefully placed inside a silicone mold and encased in epoxy resin.

I hope warping won't be an issue, at least not indoors, and if it's hot enough to wrap the PLA, you probably shouldn't be wearing the head, at least that was my thinking. 😅
