Have you tried Dirge plus Borrowed Time? Lets you just infinite cycle.

Be careful, it does get a good bit harder often. Enemy Health scales and some fights get a lot harder (and debuffs get a lot stronger)

Delta cancelled our flight back from MFF so... called an audible to take an Amtrak train back. Gonna be a much later arrival, but left on time and hopefully will make the most of it!
