Montana Supreme Court Rules Its Constitution Entirely Protects Trans Citizens In Landmark Ruling The ruling will have enormous impacts for transgender residents in the state.

1. In a landmark ruling, the Montana Supreme Court has declared that the constitution, one of the most progressive in the nation, entirely protects transgender people.

The ruling is even insulated from SCOTUS decisions, due to how state constitutions work.

Apparently Warp have been sending people mysterious VHS tapes with hexagons printed on them and oh boy, we're getting a new Boards of Canada album aren't we.

It's going to rain this weekend, which is why it's a perfect excuse to go to the great short films in @tagqsf.org. It's a really nicely curated festival full of work you aren't likely to see anywhere else. And it's broken up into four blocks so you can pick a theme if you don't have time for it all.
