Theoretically, this project could be achieved through cooperation with Canada, Greenland and Europe but that would require logical thinking, something he lacks a great deal of.

Trump thinks America is at risk of being attacked by long range weaponary, and visualizes a "golden dome" defensive sphere surronding the entirety of North America.

In order to achieve this though, he needs Canada and Greenland.

However, by doing this, he is further pushing the planet into war
