When I explained I, he said that's what told me it wasn't a panic attack & that I needed help. If I hadn't called telehealth in the 10 mins after &feeling made to promise I would go in, I would have talked myself out of going by the time I got dressed.. I was urgent care within an hour and I was apologizing for wasting their time. That's how quickly the feeling passed.

Heading home with new bling: this nifty cardiac monitor. They even gave me a separate phone to use with it.... So l look like a drug dealer carrying around phones. On the bright side, I was chauffeured and got VIP check-in for this (hopefully) "mini-vacay." Unfortunately, I arrived at check-in via ambulance transfer. My tropinin is elevated, so I couldn't drive myself. Now I'm hoping this was a warning & no major intervention is needed. I’m so excited. I may have gone a little bit crazy. That pink light is one of the grow bulbs I have. 😅 I still have seed potatoes, several types of herbs & flowers and a cuke variety I haven’t started yet. I’m growing heirloom tomatoes from seeds, but also buying tomato, strawberry & pepper plants.

This is so intensely satisfying. IDK how my garden will transplant outdoors, but this is AMAZING to me. The dark areas on the leaves? Remnants of the seeds I planted. I’ve seen them on the other plants, but I think it’s most recognizable on these sugar baby watermelon seedlings.

Thank you so much. Right now he seems ok, but how he thought I wouldn’t be able to tell he shaved his head under his hat, idk. I may start testing out how to freeze some fortifying soups etc.

A while back on other site, I posted re: dad having prostate cancer. Now he’s getting chemo. Lotsa questions, but since he didn’t want to tell me treatment changed & I used mediation & interview tactics to get that out, I need recs on things can I get to keep him comfortable during chemo.
