Still looking for a shelter. Social services are officially notified about my case with the right documents, but I can't help thinking it wouldn't be enough to have somewhere to live, even temporarily, before May, 1st.

I was supposed to start a trial period contract this week, but the recruter never called back after I sent the required docs for said contract 2 weeks ago. My paranoia is screaming... I hope it's nothing but simple schedule issue on their part & they just forgot to reply my call/email this morning💦
Saved as much as I could (less food/showers, no treats etc). I could pay this month's taxes & still have a few bills to pay. Thank you for your help so far! 🫶😭

Girl, I'm always the one who reaches out FIRST & you never have time for me. My messages are always on read/seen. It takes you months, years even, just to say "lol I forgot to answer, hope you're fine :) " and be silent again.
The silence you get from your "friends" when you hit rock bottom is the loudest reality check of adulthood.
