I don't remember which Unity ripper I used to originally get the assets, and the ones I'm currently using are just exporting the files sorted solely by type. (All the meshes in one, all the animator rigs in another, etc, and the weight paints were completely gone)

Hmm, I was able to export the Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel files in a neat and orderly fashion where the rigs and meshes of the various mates were bundled together in a neat and orderly fashion before, preserving the game's internal file hierarchy. But I can't replicate this...
