Veel factoren die spelen. Kabellengte vind ik moeilijk te verklaren. 20m verschil komt neer op een delay grootorde 100ns. Je oor 1mm verplaatsen in de richting van een speaker zou dan in principe een groter verschil moeten maken, toch?

Ik snap de fysica erachter niet goed. Snelheid signaal door kabel vs van speaker tot oor. Positionering speakers lijkt dan veel belangrijker. Heb zelf één kabel langer, setup uitgemeten en gecalibreerd, kabels gewisseld, geen verschil.

Welke hoorbare impact zou ongelijke lengte van speaker kabel hebben?

An audiophile once pointed out some ‘audible’ flaws in my hifi setup: one speaker cable was 1m longer than the other, and I didn’t use ‘audiophile rated’ UTP cables. 🤷‍♂️
