As far as I can tell, ICE did not do well at the Grammys tonight.

While independent bookstores are giving out free whistles, hosting protest sign making events, and donating proceeds to mutual aid, Amazon is *checks notes* providing technology that assists ICE in their terrorizing of communities.

Independent bookstores deserve your support. Amazon does not.

I have an appointment at 7:45am with my oncologist. 4 years in remission and still I get nervous, weeks ahead of these 6 month checkups. I have dreams where I'm still going for chemo. Most days I'm okay, but some days it's like a shadow that follows me.
