Now, how did Roxanne become one on Earth when they’re all from Xera?
Well to start off, Roxanne is from Earth, she got transformed into one by something, or someone else. So how did “they” get here?

Well, i can’t spoil that yet…

Life for Dusk Breathers on Xera is actually normal. For those that remain, now that they no longer have a leader, they’re free to live their own lives.
Due to their light problem, most of them are nocturnal, and strangely, are perfectly normal at night…

Roxanne Duality Both her regular look and Dusk Breather form

They breathe their element in order to use it on themselves. The element coats their body, giving it a unique appearance. In order to get an element, the dusk breather has to be created by that element or consuming something or someone that element.

They rely on darkness. They get a boost of power from it. That’s because of their alliance with The Darkest Overlord, a very powerful being that was responcible for Xera’s state. Because of this, Dusk Breathers are cursed to burn in the sun, but they don’t with a good element.

Roxanne isn’t a vampire, at least she isn’t when looking outside of Earth’s terms…
Off of Earth, specifically on Xera, she would be properly known as a Dusk Breather. A Dusk Breather is a being of the night that feeds on flesh/blood and has elemental magic power/dark magic.
