Small victory today. I used the hotel gym instead of doomscrolling all night.

I say this bc I felt it recently & I do not understand it. The person affected didn’t deserve it and I feel shame. I need to understand it & quell it. — bc it is a poison that kills the giver and the receiver. & I will cut ties b4 hurting them

The fences are there to help me make my choices my own, and to let people in once I have done the work to know who I want or don’t want walking beside me
