The share of people who are uninsured stayed at a historically low rate in the second quarter of 2024, according to new government data.

Those of us immersed in health policy focus a lot on containing costs. What voters really want to hear about is what can be done to contain THEIR health care costs. Affordability is the issue that resonates across the political spectrum.
