Students from a local high school turned out to protest today. My husband and I drove by them cheering them on. Such positive energy. This high school is in more conservative Williamson County. A lot of high school protests happening. #abolishice #austin

It's a good question. EMDR could be quite helpful, although it may not resolve everything as there may be other layers. I suggest talking with a therapist.
