This advice is coming from someone who started at the very bottom of this field and has risen somewhere pretty close to the top, at least in terms of income and visibility: whatever issue you're having, the only way out is through.
the solution to "not wanting to write" is the same as the solution to roughly 90% of problems writers face: you knuckle the fuck down and write. there is no short-cut that will make you better at your job. just do it.
i have been a professional writer for almost twenty years at this point. I've done copy-editing, mass-produced SEO slop, every kind of journalism imaginable, written screenplays and novels and non-fiction books. I have never encountered writer's block but i often don't want to write.
I think some of the purchase these AI writing tools have on us is, ironically, due to the mythos writers have created around "writer's block" which is not and has never been a real thing. It's just procrastination, a thing everyone has to confront at some level.
