It is expected the report will continue to advise that the UK's targets for Net Zero are still off track. On Thursday 27th February the Secretary of State for Transport is due to announce the government's decision on Gatwick's proposed expansion plans. To highlight the CCC statement and to challenge the Gatwick decision we are holding a rally at Riverside Gardens in Horley. The location is on the north eastern boundary of Gatwick Airport and already suffers the highest air pollution measured in the local area. Should Gatwick expansion go ahead that will not improve.
