made by Mari Pena (modifymari on Instagram) is an exceptional example of her exquisite fine-point brushwork. This masterpiece painted on onto my nails took 4 hrs to execute! But sitting relatively still for that entire time was well worth it because they thrill me to pieces. 🤩

The art is themed after #Usahana (ウサハナ)—a #sanriocharacter. Mari hand-painted this #kawaiinailset & the details are stunning. And the sculpted gel is so precise.

Still trying to keep my BlueSky a place of positivity… but for 2 weeks, it’s been challenging to say the least. It feels like my country is falling apart. Walked with friends at San Diego’s Mission Bay yesterday. It was a gorgeous day. One would never know that we have entered dystopian times. 😨🥺

72 days of cable news-free sobriety for ME! I turned off MSNBC on that dreadful night of Nov. 5th before the horrifying announcement I knew was coming. Then I canceled my cable TV the next day. It’s been glorious! 😄
