SO good! Can also be wrapped in store-bought puffed pastry squares. Egg was to seal edges, then brush the top. Bake till brown (~325). Cool. Yum!

I make these every week. No joke! Try adding raisins and chopped walnuts while friying. Add a bit of water, too, to plump the raisins. Cool. Before eating, add a good splash of milk (or, yes, ice cream).
