So my partner has kept me in the closet to her coworkers - still using my former name and pronouns when talking about me to them. I asked when she’d finally say something, and her response was “They can’t deal with even basic gay, I really don’t want to have to teach them advanced gay.” Valid.

Also, while I do love the idea that my facial look is maintained by an incredibly large fiber laser, I do hope at some point somebody figures out how to not make it feel like you’re being continually slapped for 20 minutes.

A conversation I feel that I all to often have, given my height. Pro Tip: not every tall woman is your ideal “dommy mommy”.

I have a tiny little ball peen hammer (maybe 1/2” in face diameter I call “little tappy” which gets me out of so many issues on my mill and lathe and around the shop.

Except for that guy who called me “champ” I guess… though maybe I do identify as champ? Feels appropriate for a canid.

Missing FurTheMore. It was incredible to just exist as a wolfess in real life. Also maybe the first time I’ve gone a full weekend without one misgendering?

It’s crazy, because seeing you now you look so fantastic, and it’s like that’s how I remember you, even though I met you way back when. The new look is so good on you.

Me, feeling terrible: Oh wow, what a bad night for my anxiety. I’m super stressed out about work stuff.
My partner: I think you’re getting sick.
Me: no, no, just anxiety.
Me: *up all night with food poisoning*

This is why I’m not a doctor. That, and the old pesky licensing board.

So I’m working on a new story, for the first time since 2017. I had kind of lost the whole urge to write stories, but it’s back, and I’m letting it be more emotional and sexy and stylistically me than anything I’ve ever written before. Still gonna be a mess, but it’s my mess.
