Go to Lambda Legal Help Desk and tell them all of this! They are gathering information like this there. We need all the impact stories we can get. 🏳️‍⚧️

How do you know that? We are worried because my adult child is in the process of getting dual citizenship in an EU country, and that will all be in her legal name and gender. So, not getting a US passport that matches could be a real problem for her.

Ours was received as of 1/14/25, they cashed our check and it currently says “in process” so I’m hopeful but if they’re suspending current in process applications…
