It took at least three rounds before someone figured out how to break the trains by dropping a ration in front of it. Honestly a better result than I expected.

still looking for level design work!

I can work in Unreal, Unity, and probably whatever in-house engine you'll throw at me. I have worked on DLC for Sniper Elite 5, various community mod projects, and custom maps for TF2 and Half-Life 2.

The Titledrop arena for L-1: Sunday Bloody Sunday

This arena previously took me 7 months to finish (or at least land on something I was proud of) and thankfully I’ve learned a lot since then, because this arena only took me a hands weeks to finish and be satisfied

No, but why have the bet at all?

He was an 86 year old in a lifetime position. What else could "out" mean?

the entrance to the castle. tall towers and turrets are scattered everywhere, it's an insane and dysfunctional layout mostly for showing off

the implausibly large keep in the center of the castle. octogonal tower with turret towers in the corners that go up the whole length.

big gothic castle in quake from last year. didn't make it for any other reason than I was using it to make new textures and enjoying myself.

the nice thing is if I do watch it, it will be a complete spoiler because there's no way I'll remember this post by 2030

Hey you know the VR game Robo Recall? One of the better VR games imo. But the main thing is

It has that classic thing: an office chair with one fucked wheel, so when you roll it it kinda pivots extra much around that wheel. On the physics asset, the wheels are all capsules except that one's a cube

I'm surprised this isn't more common. You see it all the time with propellers/rotors but never with wheels.

Still applies when the secret flanking route is just an entire mountain range

Looks really cool. It reminds me of some of the maps made for competitions where the dimensions were limited.

Unfollowed him a long time ago when I saw he followed Stonetoss. Not surprised in the slightest.

It's really taking up 100% of conspiracy theorists time creating new shadow governments to hold responsible for the things our current government is doing publicly on a daily basis. No one's got time for goat man anymore.

I used to read /r/conspiracy because it was fun to read posts from guys who thought bigfoot was real or they'd taken the worlds blurriest picture of a streetlight and were convinced they'd spotted a UFO, but now it's just one sort of post by one sort of person.

STRAFTGUESSR STRAFTGUESSR

found out today that Straftat has a geoguessr-like game. I feel like the amount of maps has doubled since I last played it a few months ago.

I think BF2 was the game that got me into level design, and it might also have been the last Battlefield that actually had level design tools.

When you have “more games and players than ever” and still need massive layoffs?

It might be the plan…

It’s kinda of like…. Captain we just hit an iceberg… yes, yes, but look at the time we are making.
