TikTok is now officially shut down in the US. I believe the ban by Congress violates the First Amendment, clauses 2 – 5. It also seems to violate free enterprise and laissez-faire. Even more troubling is the prospect of TikTok reopening under the convicted felon and his rules: quid pro quo, folks!
