Non-playoff teams rarely have bona fide stars. And I’m not sure adding games is the answer. I want to see what next year is like before I decide tanking has to be fixed. This is a generational draft — I suspect that’s why you saw so many teams actively wanting to be at the top of it.
Duke's blue-chip route? Veteran strategy? Billy Donovan's path in this era is unknown. Is he a good hire? Is there's risk, especially for Carolina?
