Alcohol, random screening would be good however, for Patel, he needs a drug screen, while exopthalamos (bulging eyes) can be caused by thyroid disorders, some tumors, & medical issues, they’re also seen with both cocaine and ketamine use… Take a hair sample. It’ll be better.
I can’t look at him anymore without making observations of his health. He no longer sits straight. He rests his forearms on his legs or a table, he has a significant shoulder hunch/hump. Something medical is going on. I have a long list.
