Hey! I used to live nearby there up until 2 years ago! My family and I would visit pretty often, sadly we never got to see the remodel

This is by far the most famous restaurant in Colorado.

Casa Bonita. Yes, the Casa Bonita from that one South Park episode.

It has vastly improved since the South Park creators took over the restaurant last year.
