Oh well! Guess we can't always have nice things :)

Decided I'd add storybook to my work project today because I do love how it streamlines frontend dev. In the past I only really made stories for individual UI components, but today I figured "what the heck" and decided I'd make stories for pages too. But nope: github.com/storybookjs/... this exists.
Personally, very happy so far with using the sv cli to start up and augment my Svelte projects with add-ons. :)
I thought so too.
When I was. a young boy.
(I still do as a 30 year woman, but I used to too)
I currently consider myself to be in a very awkward phase, bathroom wise. I don't know if or when it WON'T feel like a massive pain to navigate.
Anyway, reading this was nice in an angering, relatable way. Keep writing, keep sharing. Good job and thank you :)
Nvim too on my personal (Linux) machine, but Zed mostly replaced it
Vim mode in Zed, VSCode and VS. If it's not there natively, I'll probably opt into a plugin
Spent a surprising amount of time pairing today, considering we thought we didn't have much left to do before everyone goes on break. Couple bugs rocked up last minute. But pairing was fun, old job I rarely ever got to :)
Alright, I think 15 days of advent of code was all the energy I had. Started day 16 and just wasn't feeling it
Still pretty happy with that, tbh, for my first attempt (and you know, still having a job). :)
Oh that's neat and makes sense... I'll add it to my list of optimisations to make in my life that I inevitably won't remember to do (but hope I will) :)
Actually, mouse cursor earrings sound great. Added some from etsy to my wishlist on the secret Santa app my family uses.
Nah, you got this ♥️
And I like my timeline having people enthused about code
Same vibe, tried to be smart a few times but like... I got other stuff to do. Answer found? Ship it :)
And doing it in Gleam has been fun - my solutions are messy cuz they're rushed and I am a filthy TS/C# dev... But they feel like they have intent when they're done.
Happy for you, sure it'll be great 🩷
8 days into advent of code and I've not run out of steam yet. I'm sure I WILL, but hey, this is going pretty well so far. :)
I'm not exactly making clean solutions, but hey. They work
In the State of JS survey when I answered I was a woman, I was asked to share this link to invite more women:
survey.devographics.com/survey/state...
I nearly didn't do it, the JS ecosystem drives me nuts, but if I don't contribute, it will continue to drive me nuts and I'll remain unrepresented...
Couple months into owning my gloves 80 now and I absolutely love it :)
I was already on a split, but I'll never go back to a non-keywelled kb if I can help ot
I bought a webtoon (Hooky) in book format in London today... now on a 10 hour trip back home, finished the book 3 hours into the trip and the remaining 7 will be torture.
There's 2 more books. I am obsessed. When I get home I'll be going immediately to my local book store who APPARENTLY have stock.
No qualms here :)
If only it was a knowledge issue, not a skill issue ;) (I keep accidentally reverting to pronouncing it like might, I learned the correct pronunciation too late to unlearn the incorrect one 😢)
Just a few more versions until I pronounce it correctly 🎉
I do the same, if only looking for a sense of camaraderie and comfort. "Ah, I see you too are a basic typescript bitch"
The day I see some assembly in a coffee shop is the day I stop going outside.
Yep, have it running on Hetzner for a cheap, easy self hosting experience. Quite pleasant tbh :)
Eh, as phrases go... I don't dislike it. ;)
Okay... but then I'm going to have to start pronouncing it bloo-skee. Wait, should I always have been doing that?
All in on Deadlock rn :)
My bets are on: "Hmm... Bit odd, wasnit?"
Nice, that's cool! Ty, I did the thing :)
Oh I should probably get this so I stop trying to bun in my work's npm project...
