When you're five minutes late to your set in Paddling Pool, you're holding the bracket five extra minutes, and staff will go to bed five minutes later. And since you're not the only one to be late, we easily waste 30 minutes per tourney

Not that I'm a TO for luti, but still. Helpdesk for 8 weeks and managing brackets and what not.

I'd argue shit like LUTI is even harder to run than most LANs. Its functionally 8 weeks of a full time job.

Literally any other scene and TOs get paid a liveable salary but all splatoon TOs get is ppl shitting on them 24/7. Like come on

If I had a nickel for every time a low level team who only plays open level events have one person that is the bastion of anti-brainrot/67 and the rest of the team always brought it up at every opportunity, I would have two nickels which is not a lot, but its weird that it happened twice.
